The first proprietor was Md. Aziz. Due to his other business purpose he handed over the proprietorship to his elder son Kazi Nazrul Islam Badhon.

There are two branches of Aboney Music World. Both of them are in Rifles Square. First one is for retail sell & second one is for wholesell.
